Esther M. Murray-Purnell is a native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She is the founder and CEO of Salty Oasis, LLC. Esther has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Delaware State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership/Administration from Wilmington University. She is known for her exceptional capacity to accurately assess, evaluate, and provide comprehensive plans that help adults and children to maximize their fullest potential, educationally and personally.

 

Elder Esther just recently retired as an educator/school principal of 32 years. She is married to Elder Joseph E. Purnell, Sr., the Senior Pastor of Healing Balm Ministries. They have two children, Jennifer and Joseph, II, and one daughter-in-love, Chanel. The Purnell’s have two grandchildren, Joshua and Lil Chanel.
